Apple iPad & iPhone E-Mail Support

Here's a Step-by-Step set of instructions on how to setup your e-mail account on your Apple iPhone or iPad.

These instructions were written with the assumption that this is the first time that an e-mail is being added to your Apple iPhone or iPad.  If it is not, then the steps that we've outlined below might be slightly different. 

Anyway, for you first-timers, simply follow the step-by-step instructions below and enter your e-mail account information where necessary. Once complete, you will be able to access your Webtrix e-mail on your mobile device.

Step 1. On your iPhone, start by going to "Settings", then "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

Step 2. Go to "Accounts..." and click on "Add Account"

Step 3. Click on "Exchange"

Under "Exchange", fill in the required fields shown below replacing the example information with your entries and then click "Next":

Step 1. Email: <your email alias>@<your domain>

Step 3. Password: <your password>

Step 4. Description: My Webtrix Email

On the next screen, simply fill out the following required fields shown below and then click on "Next":

Step 1. Server: mail.webtrix.net

Step 2. Domain: tothenet

Step 3. Username: <your username>

Step 4. Password: <your password>

On the next screen "Exchange", simply click on "Save"

You are all done! You are all set to send and receive email via your iPhone or your iPad!
